We want you to love your Big Island Gravity apparel.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
Please Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
